| This one was never rebuilt, but there is an interesting story surround's this Loco and it's namesake Sir Winston Churchill. Who when discussing his funeral arrangements stipulated that this Loco should pull the Funeral Train, with a further condition that if General De Gaul was to outlive him and attend the funeral then the train must leave from Waterloo and that's exactly what happened. |
